*Postage Policy*
All items are sent via registered post and will require a signature on delivery.
We currently only ship to Australian residents. If you are an international shopper and would like a price for postage, please contact us with your country and the items you would like to purchase.
Items are shipped 3 times a week so you can receive your item promptly. If for some reason there is an unexpected delay you will be notified a.s.a.p. Once your item is shipped you will receive an email notification.
All item descriptions are considered accurate and in the event that you receive your item and believe it is not what was advertised, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item.
*Payments*
Payments are to be made in full within 5 days of the initial purchase. If you are needing more time to pay, please contact us prior to this to make other suitable arrangements. Any payments not received within 5 days will cancel the transaction and the items purchased will be considered available for re-sale.
*Please understand that due to different monitor settings, the colour of items may vary slightly to the images shown on this website.
*Returns Policy*
Returns will be accepted if the item is not as described or if the item is faulty. Returns must be lodged within 7 days of receipt of item and an email must be sent within this time to sales@marnismanchester.com.au with full details of the problem and to arrange a return authority number. Items to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging for refunds to be provided.
A full refund of the item price (excl. postage costs) will be returned upon the item being sent back, or a store credit, whichever is more suitable for your needs.
